The inherited food philosophy
We come from a home with a stove and a clear attitude to food that has been passed down to us. We think that food should have a clear character. Tomato must taste clearly and strongly of tomato. The sauces must be reduced. There must be acid in the bearnaise. In short, it must taste of something - it is essential! We are not into pale food and shades of grey. We like great taste on the plate, which you will hopefully experience when you visit our restaurant in Herning.
Our kitchen works with a classic Danish/French bistro repertoire, based on all the things we ourselves love. Our infamous chicken chips, a good steak and our grandmother’s apple dessert. Simple servings, but prepared with good ingredients from trusted suppliers – eg Kildegaarden by Mariager Fjord.
