Brdr. Price's restaurant in Tivoli is a classic bistro with French and Danish cuisine filled with homeliness, coziness and personality.
Our family has a long history with the garden - we feel related to it in a way. This is primarily due to our ancestors work with the pantomime tradition both on and behind the stage. It was therefore with great pleasure that we took over our beautiful restaurant in Tivoli. We hope that our family's creative spirit shines through in the decor and in the overall experience of the place!

The inherited food philosophy
We come from a home with a stove and a clear attitude to food that has been passed down to us. We think that food should have character. Tomato must taste clearly and strongly of tomato. The sauces must be reduced. There must be acid in the bearnaise. In short, it must taste of something - it is essential! We are not into pale food and shades of grey. We like great taste on the plate, which you will hopefully experience when you visit our restaurant in Tivoli.
Our kitchen works with a classic Danish/French bistro repertoire, based on all the things we ourselves love. Our infamous chicken chips, a good steak and our blissful grandma's apple dessert. Simple servings, but prepared with good ingredients from trusted suppliers – eg Kildegaarden by Mariager Fjord.

The meals have always been the most important times of the day in our family. It was here that both bread and opinions were shared. In our childhood home, food was the center of attention, whether it was classic Danish meatballs or finer French cooking. It laid the foundation for the love of food that has followed us ever since, and which we try to pass on in our restaurant in Tivoli - with a focus on Danish/French bistro food.
